NORA helps its owner manage his own email. With his consent, it has read-only access to his Gmail account so it can organise and summarise his mail for him.
NORA cannot send, delete or change mail in Gmail. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and does not sell, share or advertise with anyone's data.
